力矩扳手又叫扭矩扳手、扭矩可調(diào)扳手，是扳手的一種。按動(dòng)力源可分為：電動(dòng)力矩扳手、氣動(dòng)力矩扳手、液壓力矩扳手及手動(dòng)力矩扳手；手動(dòng)力矩扳手可分為：預(yù)置式、定值式、表盤式、數(shù)顯式、打滑式、折彎式、以及公斤扳手。當(dāng)螺釘和螺栓的緊密度至關(guān)重要的情況下，使用扭矩扳手可以允許操作員施加特定扭矩值。
力矩扳手主要特征就是：可以設(shè)定扭矩，并且扭矩可調(diào)。
力矩扳手的應(yīng)用：
力矩扳手就是緊固螺栓的，高強(qiáng)螺栓可分為扭剪型和大六角型兩種，國標(biāo)扭剪型高強(qiáng)螺栓為M16、M20、M22、M24四種，現(xiàn)在也有非國標(biāo)的M27、M30兩種；國標(biāo)大六角高強(qiáng)螺栓為M16、M20、M22、M24、M27、M30等幾種。一般的對(duì)于高強(qiáng)螺栓的緊固都要先初緊再終緊，而且每步都需要有嚴(yán)格的扭矩要求。大六角高強(qiáng)螺栓的初緊和終緊都必須使用定扭矩扳手
