活性炭吸附塔是一種率經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用型有機(jī)廢氣的凈化與治理裝置，是一種廢氣過濾吸附異味的環(huán)保設(shè)備產(chǎn)品。是一種廣泛應(yīng)用于有機(jī)尾氣處理的工藝，如苯、醇、醚等揮發(fā)性氣體。
設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)：
活性炭吸附塔包含以下組成部分：
★主要部分含有：活性炭箱體、活性炭等

原理說明：
由于固體表面上存在著未平衡和未飽和的分子引力或化學(xué)鍵力，因此當(dāng)此固體表面與氣體時，就能吸引氣體分子，使其濃聚并保持在固體表面，此現(xiàn)象稱為吸附。利用固體表面的吸附能力，使廢氣與大表面的多孔性固體相，廢氣中的污染物被吸附在固體表面上，使其與氣體混合物分離，達(dá)到凈化目的。廢氣經(jīng)空氣過濾器除去微小懸浮顆粒后，進(jìn)入吸附塔內(nèi)部，經(jīng)過活性碳吸附后，除去有害成分，符合排放的凈化氣體，經(jīng)風(fēng)機(jī)室外。

光氧廢氣凈化器
光氧廢氣凈化器的產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：
1、除惡臭：能去除揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物（VOC）、無機(jī)物、、氨氣、硫醇類等主要污染物，以及各種惡臭味，脫臭效率高可達(dá)99%以上，脫臭效果大大超過1993年頒布的惡臭污染物排放（GB14554-93）．
2、無需添加任何：只需要設(shè)置相應(yīng)的排風(fēng)管道和排風(fēng)動力，使惡臭氣體通過本設(shè)備進(jìn)行脫臭分解凈化，無需添加任何參與化學(xué)反應(yīng)。
3、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)：可適應(yīng)高濃度，大氣量，不同惡臭氣體的脫臭凈化處理，可每天24小時連續(xù)工作，運(yùn)行可靠。

光氧廢氣凈化器利用高能高臭氧UV紫外線光束分解空氣中的氧分子產(chǎn)生游離氧，即活性氧，因游離氧所攜正負(fù)電子不平衡所以需與氧分子結(jié)合，進(jìn)而產(chǎn)生臭氧。
光氧廢氣凈化器的工作原理：
有足夠的能量來產(chǎn)生基，引發(fā)一系列復(fù)雜的物理、化學(xué)反應(yīng)。由臭氧發(fā)生器作用引起的氣體有機(jī)物化學(xué)反應(yīng)是在氣相中進(jìn)行的電離、離解、激發(fā)、原子，分子間的相互結(jié)合及加成反應(yīng)。這個能量足以使大多數(shù)氣態(tài)有機(jī)物中的化學(xué)鍵發(fā)生斷裂，從而使其降解。
從凈化空氣效率考慮，我們選擇了-C波段紫外線和臭氧發(fā)生器結(jié)合電暈電流較高化裝置采用脈沖電暈放吸附技術(shù)相結(jié)合的原理對有害氣體進(jìn)行，其中-C波段紫外線主要用來去除、氨、苯、甲苯、、甲醛、、尿烷、樹脂、等氣體及。
