| Roll Shear Knives |
We manufacture roll shear knives up to 600 mm (24.00 inches) in diameter for slitting and edge-trimming lines, using our special bllurgies: - forged tool steels, - high speed steels, - high perbance steels, - special-bls as well as carbides. Knives are available with ground, lapped or polished side faces. Roll Shear Knives are manufactured to a thickness tolerance of ± 0.001 mm (± 0.000040 inch), and for special requirements knives with a thickness tolerance of ± 0.0005 mm (± 0.000020 inch) can be supplied. Parallelism and flatness tolerances are within 0.002 mm (0.000080 inch). These are all prerequisites for the best possible slitting results. |

| Spacers | Spacers | Using through-hardened alloy tool steel, our spacers are ground or lapped to the highest level of precision. Spacers are also available as a two-piece design protected by a special surface treatment, which offers protection against oxidation.Laser engraving technology provides "at-a-glance" confirmation of spacer's size for life of the tool and helps prevent any chance of tooling mix-up. |

| Lightweight Spacers | The latest innovation is the lightweight spacer design, offering a weight reduction of up to 70 percent compared to a standard spacer. They are made from special steel or our special Neuenkamp-designed Polyamide allowing operator friendly and safer handling compared to heavy tooling and shaft-mounted equipment. | Steel Stripper Rings |
Steel Stripper Rings are accurate and highly effective. Made from hardened, tempered and wear resistant alloy tool steel with lapped or ground faces. The rings are held in place against the strip by two pairs of adjustable roller bars. A special steel stripper ring design, with Cast Polyurethane bonded to the outer circumference can be provided for processing surface sensitive materials. |
