1. 制動(dòng)器的安裝 brake install
操作者站在制動(dòng)盤(pán)相對(duì)于制動(dòng)器的對(duì)面。
Operator who stand in brake disc is opposite to brake device
1.1 擰緊手動(dòng)松閘螺釘4（螺釘規(guī)格見(jiàn)表1）松開(kāi)鎖緊的制動(dòng)器并移動(dòng)杠桿和摩擦襯墊，觀察和調(diào)整兩制動(dòng)摩擦襯墊間的間隙。
注意：手動(dòng)松閘操作時(shí)，切勿引起電磁鐵的運(yùn)動(dòng)。
manually tightening screw 4 (screw specifications are seen in Table 1) loosen the locking brake and move the level and friction pad , observation and adjustment the gap between the brake and friction pad .
attention: When operate the manual loose gate , make sure not to move the electro-magnet
1.2（向上）順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)棘輪5的手輪1大約四分之一轉(zhuǎn)（微調(diào)）
(upward) clockwise rotate handwheels 1 of notch wheel 5 about 1/4 revolutions (trimming) www.yyzdq.com
1.3（向下）逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)螺母2（用一個(gè)ф4的銷(xiāo)子）以便退回回推桿3，這將增加襯墊6之間的間隙，繼續(xù)該操作，直到兩摩擦襯墊間隙超過(guò)制動(dòng)盤(pán)的厚度。
(downward) anticlockwise rotate nut 2 (with a ф4 pin) in order to return the throwout lever 3, this will increase the www.7547588.comgaps between the pad 6, continues this operation, until the gap between two friction pads surpasses brake disc's thickness.
1.4將制動(dòng)瓦置于其支撐物上，在制動(dòng)襯墊之間插入制動(dòng)盤(pán)，安裝底座連接螺栓（螺栓規(guī)格見(jiàn)表1）

1.5檢查:

B) 制動(dòng)盤(pán)墊塊相對(duì)于底座度： 4%
C) 制動(dòng)盤(pán)相對(duì)于底座的中心距（偏差）
注意
油漆時(shí)不要蓋住顯示棘爪運(yùn)動(dòng)方向的板
1.5 inspections:
A) Brake disc ending beat, maximum value
B) The brake disc cushion compared with the foundation: 4%
C) compared with the brake disc ,the center of the base (bias)
Attention
when paint do not cover the board that demonstrate the movement direction of pawl
2．退距的調(diào)整draws back adjustment
操作者站在制動(dòng)盤(pán)相對(duì)于制動(dòng)器的對(duì)面

2.1 擰緊手動(dòng)松閘螺釘4（螺釘規(guī)格見(jiàn)表1）松開(kāi)鎖緊的制動(dòng)盤(pán)，并移動(dòng)杠桿和摩擦襯墊的間隙。
注意：手動(dòng)松閘操作時(shí)，切勿引起電磁鐵的運(yùn)動(dòng)。

2.2 （向下）逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)棘輪5的手輪1大約四分之一（微調(diào)）
(downward) clockwise rotate the handwheels 1 of notch wheel 5 about 1/4 revolutions (trimming) www.zhidong7.com
2.3 （向上）順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)螺母2（用一個(gè)ф4的銷(xiāo)子）直到早制動(dòng)摩擦襯墊和制動(dòng)盤(pán)間獲得0.5~
(upward) anticlockwise rotate nut 2 (with a ф4 pin) until the space between early friction brake and brake disc was 0.5 ~
注意：在調(diào)整制動(dòng)摩擦襯墊時(shí)，電磁鐵必須處于吸合狀態(tài)。（見(jiàn)圖3）
Attention: When adjustment brake friction liner, the electro-magnet must be in attracts gathers condition. (see in Figure 3
2.4 安裝好電磁鐵的防塵雨罩。
Installs the dustproof rain shade to electro-magnet
2.5 完全松開(kāi)手動(dòng)松閘螺釘4并擰緊鎖定螺母。
Loosen the bolt 4 compleby and screws tight the nut.
//3、制動(dòng)器的電力聯(lián)接 connect brake device
3.1 該制動(dòng)器必須與ESE型經(jīng)濟(jì)電源配套使用。
3.2 打開(kāi)接線盒的密封蓋，用2X（ф10.5-ф15）的雙A芯電纜磁鐵的接線端子和ESE電源的十和一端子相連接，與極性無(wú)關(guān)。
3.3 ESE電源的0-220-380電源的接線端子，必須接于相應(yīng)的單相電源上（電纜直徑見(jiàn)表）
3.1 this brake must use together with the ESE economical power source.
3.2 open the sealing gland of connecting box, with 2X (ф10.5-ф15) dual-core cables magnet ESE Terminal Blocks and power of ten and a terminal connected with nothing to do with polarity.
3.3 ESE power 0-220-380 power of the terminals must be received in the corresponding single-phase power on (see table diameter cable)with the double A core electric cable magnet's binding clamp and the ESE power source ten and a post connect, has nothing to do with the polarity. 3.3 the ESE power source's 0-220-380 power source's binding clamps, must meet on the corresponding single-phase source (electric cable diameter see table)
