一、簡介
電容儲能點焊機,利用工頻交流電經(jīng)整流器整流后向電容器充電,被存儲的電能再經(jīng)焊接變壓器放電轉(zhuǎn)換成低電電壓的、能量比較集中穩(wěn)定的脈沖電流,通過被焊工件的接觸點產(chǎn)生電阻熱將金屬熔接。
相較于普通工頻 50Hz 交流控制器,具有如下優(yōu)點:
1、節(jié)能高效;
2、對電網(wǎng)的需求低,不僅體現(xiàn)在大功率焊機僅需小功率電網(wǎng),還體現(xiàn)在電網(wǎng)的波動對其影響也?。?/span>
3、焊點熱影響小,不變色、變形;
4、強規(guī)范焊接,極其適合凸焊,包括多點凸焊、環(huán)凸焊(密封性要求)、高強度鋼。
二、技術特點
1、充放電速度快:高性能微處理器控制充放電,改變傳統(tǒng)延時繼電器的控制方式,極大提高充放電速度。不需要升壓變壓器,20ms即可完成閃充。
2、不挑電容:傳統(tǒng)控制電路在電容老化后由于其充放電特性變壞而無法正常工作,本控制器采用全新控制方式,新舊電容在不損壞前提下都可正常工作,延長電容使用壽命。
3、不燒模塊和限流電阻:多重檢測確保不出現(xiàn)充放電模塊同時開啟導致燒壞模塊和電爐絲現(xiàn)象。即便在放電可控硅因故障或老化而短路時,控制器也可以自動進入保護模式保證電路的安全。
4、電容電壓自動調(diào)節(jié):控制器自動對電容泄漏電流進行補償以保證電壓恒定。手動設置焊接電壓時,電容電壓自動隨設置的焊接電壓值做相應調(diào)節(jié)。
5、故障檢測及告警功能:可自動檢測焊機故障并告警。告警包括充電故障告警、放電故障告警、電壓過充告警和存儲錯誤告警。
6、可存儲64組規(guī)范:可以存儲64組焊接規(guī)范供用戶使用。
7、4位焊接計數(shù):焊接時自動計數(shù),范圍0~9999,手動清零。
8、電容電壓實時檢測:實時檢測電容電壓,不到設定電壓值不放電。誤差≤1%。
9、可對焊接時間進行預設定,可設置焊接時間,焊接電流,逆變頻率,焊接壓力,對于特定焊接材料尤其是熱成型板高強鋼等,讓焊接工藝更輕松。

電容儲能點焊機產(chǎn)品特點
1.電網(wǎng)容量需求低,對電網(wǎng)沖擊小/Low demand and less impact on power gride
同樣的焊接能力下,儲能點焊機只需要交流點焊機的1/5以下的容量,中頻焊機1/3左右的容量。

焊接熱量波動在1%內(nèi),焊接品質(zhì)穩(wěn)定可靠。

焊接放電時間在10ms左右,工件表面不變色,熔核區(qū)域外變形小。

主變壓器不需要通水冷卻,不會因為連續(xù)長時間焊接而過熱,可以節(jié)省大量的冷卻水資源。
