6AV6645-0CB01-0AX0溫度的設(shè)定與監(jiān)測(cè)都要首先由工控機(jī)向溫控儀發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù),每批數(shù)據(jù)的發(fā)送均要占用一定的系統(tǒng)時(shí)間(約3ms)。由于CD901的通訊為應(yīng)答式方式,因此不能只是不斷地向溫控儀發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù),而應(yīng)采取分時(shí)方式進(jìn)行處理。為確保通訊過(guò)程的正常進(jìn)行,用10ms的時(shí)間發(fā)送一幀數(shù)據(jù),若通訊失敗就重復(fù)發(fā)送,重復(fù)次數(shù)超過(guò)3次則認(rèn)為通訊故障并報(bào)警。若發(fā)送成功,此時(shí)還不能立即發(fā)送第二幀數(shù)據(jù),要等溫控儀返回正確的通訊數(shù)據(jù)才可以繼續(xù)發(fā)送新數(shù)據(jù)。工控機(jī)發(fā)送的數(shù)據(jù)指令含有ID地址,當(dāng)數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送成功后,只有符合ID地址的溫控儀才會(huì)返回正確的應(yīng)答數(shù)據(jù),這樣就可以根據(jù)工控機(jī)發(fā)送的ID號(hào)來(lái)鑒別是哪個(gè)溫控儀返回的數(shù)據(jù)了。由于該RS-485通訊的波特率設(shè)置為9600bps,而溫控系統(tǒng)慣性大,溫度變化較慢,實(shí)際應(yīng)用證明完全滿足工程要求。
此外,考慮到溫度設(shè)定過(guò)程的隨機(jī)性特點(diǎn),在本系統(tǒng)中建立了一個(gè)監(jiān)控線程來(lái)專門監(jiān)測(cè)設(shè)定溫度值的變化情況,一旦設(shè)定值發(fā)生變化就將溫度監(jiān)測(cè)線程掛起,發(fā)送新的溫度設(shè)定值,設(shè)定成功后繼續(xù)恢復(fù)對(duì)實(shí)時(shí)溫度值的監(jiān)測(cè)。這樣利用MFC自帶的多線程功能,充分利用了Windows的多任務(wù)處理功能。多串口數(shù)據(jù)的接收也采用線程的方法,建立一個(gè)線程來(lái)監(jiān)視串口是否有新的數(shù)據(jù),一旦有新數(shù)據(jù)則將其保存,并繼續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè)串口。
