6AV6545-0AH10-0AX0不同的外設需要的電壓不同，內(nèi)核電壓1.8 V，I/O電壓3.3 V；上電次序也要求I/O電壓先于內(nèi)核電壓，因此需要設計滿足控制系統(tǒng)需求的電源。選用TI公司的TPS767D318作為電源芯片，將輸入的5 V電壓轉(zhuǎn)換成3.3 V和1.8 V，作為DSP的電源輸入；而無刷直流電動機的電壓為24 V，相應的驅(qū)動芯片電壓選用+15 V或者-15 V，這樣利用DC/DC模塊將5 V電壓轉(zhuǎn)換成+15 V或者-15 V作為驅(qū)動芯片的電源。這樣，整個系統(tǒng)只需要供應5 V和24 V的電壓就能滿足需求。
